I would like to (belatedly) say Thankyou to all of the guys that helped me to get my license. Although I was going to give it away at one stage, your support and encouragement helped me to get my license, and I have been enjoying my riding very much since I passed. Your school and your instructors are an example of how a training organisation should be run. Your commitment to safety, both rider and fellow road user, is excellent. I would thoroughly recommend Alert to anyone who is considering taking up motorcycling, or anyone who wants to improve their skills. Again, a sincere thankyou to all of my instructors.

Hi All, Just a quick note to say thank you to those that helped me getting my RE licence. John, Glen, Graeme and Dave all helped out. John was my instructor for my first lesson and through efforts I got going and decided I’ll go for a license. John was also there the first time out on the road. John somehow always gave you the confidence to go to the next step. I did most of my lessons with glen and he helped me go from the death grip of doom on the handle bars to being more relaxed. Graeme drew the short straw which meant he got me the lesson before the test. For whatever reason I was pretty nervous to start with yet Graeme managed to help me stay calm. A big thanks to all of you. My experience with Alert has been excellent. I found every trainer to be passionate about motorcycle ridding and teaching. This makes for the very professional approach to teaching and learning. All my lessons were enjoyable and included the odd laugh. None The safety of myself, and the instructors, was always on your minds from the very first time I hoped on the bike for the first time to after I passed the test. It’s this dedication to safe riding principals that makes Alert so good. I will be back in 12 months to go for the R class. Thanks again, couldn’t of got this far without you,

Hi Dave Just a quick email to say thank you for the fantastic lessons I received mainly from Glen (he was great) but also Dave and Tristan. Although I didn't pass my test, I believe that this was more due to my mental and nervous state (lol ha ha) than from my riding ability. I am confident that I have learnt all the necessary skills from alert motorcycle school to pass the test which I have every intention of resitting in the not to distant future. Please pass on my thanks to the above guys for all they have taught me. Regards

"Hello David and Instructors, Last year I came to Alert to obtain my R-E licence after having Alert recommended to me by many other riders. I was successful in obtaining my licence and can definitely say it was because of Alert's tuition. I had tuition with Glenn, Tristan and Dave and passed my R-E test, the assessor wrote "Great pass" on my test sheet and I did not lose any points. When it was time to go for my "R" license I contacted Alert, had one lesson with Graham and was advised I did not need anymore. I was well prepared to pay for 3-4 lessons and you could have suggested I do that even though I didn't need it, but you didn't. I successfully obtained my "R" licence and the assessor wrote that I was "a pleasure to follow". I have recommended 8 people to Alert, so far 5 have had their tests and passed, the remaining three all have their tests this month (and all on the same day!). I will continue to recommend Alert and wish you all the best for your future."

I had lessons with John, Dave, and one lesson with you...and was very comfortable with all of the instructors. Dave, in particular, was extremely patient and managed to settle me down on the day of the test (when I started off doing everything wrong...including mounting the curb on my figure). "I thought the course last Sunday was excellent, very intensive and lots of feedback. I thought three were excellent riders and so was the instruction. It was very good value for money especially having one instructor to 3 riders. I did a Roadcraft course at Wanneroo racetrack a few years which cost over $200 and there was about 1 instructor per 10 riders. A friend saidthey did a similar roadcraft course to yours recently, they had one instructor per 12 riders and had to wait ages along the road while one rider at a time did cornering with the instructor behind."
